When I receive email notifications from ClearVoice, there's often no way to find out which account it's coming from. I have to guess based on the article title or nature of the notification.
I work as a strategist in 13 different accounts. If I click on any links in the email notification, it will send me to the CV login and will not automatically direct me to the account or assignment related to the notification.
Improving how links within email redirect users will probably be a necessity at some point, but having the name of the accounts in notifications would be a huge first step to improving the user experience.
