With agency services, our internal team has our Strategist create the assignment, use the marketplace to source a writer and our internal Editor edit the assignment. This leaves no open roles for the client to approve the assignment. This leads us to tagging the client in the messaging tab to review the finished work.
The problem with tagging the client in the messages is it gives no tracking insight to the client or to the agency team on which assignments still need to be reviewed or if the client would like a revisions without opening each individual assignment. Relying on messaging means the agency team must still use spreadsheets to track the progress of campaigns.
With the final approval tab. The client will be able to submit overall feedback which will not be visible to the writer, only the internal team, strategist, editor and assignment followers. This would also populate the Action Items for the client on their dashboard instead of them guessing which assignment they need to review.
